This handpicked Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc displays honey, ripe lime, and nectarine overtones, with floral notes of orange blossom and gooseberry. Grapes are sourced from two regions in the Adelaide Hills to provide the wine with both tropical fruit and also herbaceous  flavours. Grapes are lightly pressed from the first pressings to eliminate sour stalky flavours that you may experience in cheaper wines.      

Clean and fresh finish to the palate, without being overly sweet.  Goes beautifully with a crispy-skinned salmon dish.  Best enjoyed following a tough day at work...or when the kids are in bed.
