From a small vineyard in Kersbrook.

The Vineyard exhibits fantastic minerality. With Citrus notes and hints of sweetness like honeydew melons and honeycomb. Since bottling it has picked up some traditional fruits like lemons and limes and has a really nice floral aroma post ferment.
