✅100% New oak barrel with inner oak staves. This makes the wine flavour more concentrated and imparts rich dark fruit and vanilla flavours. (Very Expensive)
✅Very Low Sulphate levels at 42 parts per million and no sugar plus it is vegan.
✅Wine has an amazing structure that will easily cellar for 30+ years.
✅RRP would be around $50-60 per bottle but because it is a trial batch we can sell for around $30!
